I edited entire projects on a 400Mhz Powerbook G3 (firewire) with FCP 1, 128Mb ram, and an external 36GB hard drive. It did everything I wanted to do. What you are seeking will certainly get the job done. :cool: -

Yep...the FCP 1.2.5 version is in the os9 app folder and the 3.0.1 downloaded upgrade is in the osx app folder. -

What version of FCP are you using? It was updated to 3.0.4 after 10.2 was released because of certain stability issues. -
