the thing is. apple have to design a LTE+CDMA version just for verizon.
So? That's what the chipsets from Qualcomm are for. As long as the chipset for CDMS+LTE is available it's not that hard to design it in. There is a question however about the chipset being available which could through a monkey wrench into the pot.
