    Yes, it will translate sentence by sentence into English (using different color to markup) and open its own pseudo-browser window so you can refresh it .

    PS: Sorry, Japanese text above got scrambled when pasting...

    Hello,

    This Japanese product looks nice if there were an update to MPEG-4 later...

    <a href="http://www.apple.co.jp/digitalhub/captytv/index.html"; target="_blank">http://www.apple.co.jp/digitalhub/captytv/index.html</a>;

    If Steve doesn't believe in TV as part of the digital hub at least a third-party is offerring it.

    You should be able to record to the Superdrive from TV or HD...

    Does something like this exist in the West ?

    That's very nice. I see we're plodding in to the iMac discussion now... Wake me up for #4.

    Incidentally, anyone else feel like that pseudo-browser at cafeglobe is inspired by IE for OS X?

    from apple.co.jp

    "If CaptyTV of Mac which can perform USB connection, and PIKUSERA is combined, the capture of a TV program or VHS video will become possible. Good night, videotape-recording reservation can be easily performed given the opportunity of a pre- mail check from the program table of the Internet. Moreover, since it has the standard video input terminal, the image which was being photographed and accumulated in videotape can be resaved as a digital video. Does your digital life become still more pleasant now? "

    I think that TV device is cool, but I guess Japan only. Also, design could be a little nicer...

    Good news from Macworld.com thread:

    _________

    iMac video is finished. Now he says there is good news. The imac is a big hit. There is huge demand (duh!) and that has resulted in long waits. They have sold 125,000 so far. 5000 a day.

    __________

    YESSS ! The quarter is saved ! Some analysists predicted much less.

    All of which brings up the question, how is the translation handled for the audience? Or does Jobs just plow ahead in English, and everyone just has to do their best? Or does the RDF? take care of language issues?
