If you go to Foreign movies I am sure you can find movies that show a lot of nudity, sex scenes with orgasms. But I would not consider them porn. I don't think HBO's adult content classifies as porn either.
If you're posting here and bashing the author or debating the definition of what is and what isn't porn - you've missed the point of the article completely. The author is not forcing or even describing his definition of porn so give him a break.
The article is about inconsistent enforcement of a questionable policy. In this case, it's a "porn" clause. It's also clear to see that even amongst all the people posting here, many people have different personal definitions of porn. Apple uses the definition provided by Websters dictionary - but they don't do so consistently.
Damn people. Read he article completely. Then try to understand it. After that, jump up on your soap box and make sure you're angry about the right thing before posting! lol
Oh yeah - and go ahead and enjoy whatever you like to watch, but don't tell me or anybody else what they should or shouldn't enjoy. Live. Let live. And mind your own f'ing business!
