So far I have to say Fellows is headed for the winner's circle. Especially if Lily is the "softy" he claims she is.
I wanted to get the Mrs. an Australian Sheppard puppy (she loves dogs, and I have really taken to the breed in particular... energetic, affectionate and very bright dogs), but alas she'd be more upset than happy as she's convinced our older dog would go bananas (or worse, hurt the puppy). I personally think the old girl could use a little companionship on days when neither of us are around, etc.
There are a couple packages the size of software boxes under the (nonexistent) tree...one is the size of a game (Maybe Halo!), and the other the size of a professional title, like Final Cut Pro. I asked for Adobe Creative Suite, so I'm guessing that's it!
Maybe pscates can give me a crash course in Illustrator. I'd be very honored to recieve a couple of tips and tricks from the Apple hardware mock-up demigod of AI.
Let's see... I already got the USB 2.0 PCI card from my brother. I'm thinking I'll get a little bit of money from my grandparents, the Lying Liars book, and either season 2 or season 3 of Babylon 5. Whichever one I get I'll buy the other with money I get.
My brother got me Tommy Boy. I was with him when he bought it, he told me that it was for me. Other than that, no idea. I don't really care though, I've never really been one for the gifts side of Christmas (but if a new AlBook showed up under the tree, I wouldn't complain), I love to give though. I guess the best gift that I've gotten so far this year is a new "special someone" to spend the holidays with.
Moogs: you are completely correct. Every single person at my school whose religion is Judeism celebrates Christmas. Christmas is practically secular at this point. I'm not complaining...materialism doesn't seem too religious anyway.
Castles, kingdoms, peacocks, boars a-roasting on spits wi' oranges in their mooths, capons, ducks, whisky, two apples an orange and a sixpence. And bluidy socks again.
One of my coworkers gave me two bottles of her home brew. It's some mead that she forgot about in her basement. Mead gets better in the bottle and it's been down there for 10 years.

Oh well. Next year maybe....

Led Zeppelin's "How The West Was Won" DVD.
"The Two Towers" extended version DVD.
Now I just need to find the (early 70's) Pink Floyd live in Rome DVD, and I'll be a happy chappy.
And I bought myself a Gamecube

Hey, you know, some people won't get presents until 3 Kings Day, or Orthodox Xmas!
I am Greek Orthodox and we celebrate Christmas on the 25th like everyone else. We have never had an Orthodox Christmas on any other day then the 25th.
