Some nice clothes, a most-excellent king-sized pillow, three DVDs (Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid, The Blues Brothers, American Graffiti and also Gladiator if you include one that I gave to the little lady as a stocking stuffer), a tin of cashews and chocolate covered pecans, the LotR book set (including The Hobit), and a nice head cold.
This year, was surprisingly good, I didn't ask for anything, didn't really need anything so my parents and family just got me some stuff I guess they always hear me clamoring for:

I'm not going to give out a shopping list of what I got...'cause there ain't much. But being with family was the greatest. My brother finished his book on the life and times of our late father. He made copies for all the family members (we contributed many experiences and stories for it...I designed the cover). That book is a one-of-a-kind gift we'll treasure forever. Thanks Bro'.
But I did get this surprise present from an old friend...
I was totally surprised. Luckly I had a gift in return (A book "Factory Made" about Andy Warhol's Factory in the '60's). Those are the gifts that have something attached to them; love and friendship...the best gifts one can recieve.

The difference between the RC mini and the real one is that the RC is priced for what the real Mini is actually worth.
So? did everyone else receive some Calvin and Hobbes and/or Far Side collection of some sort?
what C&H collection? i would love one of those in the same form as the FS one. i have most of the books, but if they had em all in one collection, it would be a no-brainer purchase.
