just image apple releases new iMac and Power Mac G5 now....then at keynote speech SJ just stands up on stage silently for about 2 hours while the audience claps wildly and cheers and throws room keys and underwear...then, 1 hour and 55 minutes into the applause....SJ holds up his hands for quiet and say, "Oh, and one more thing......" as the curtain opens and shows...........(removed at the demand of Apple Legal)
ROFL! The best part is where Steve throws his hands up like Nixon and says Oh and one more thing. I love it. <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

I'm confused do you actually mean a sign that says: "removed at the demand of Apple legal" or are you just not telling us what will be there? I personally would think it would be funnier if they did the former...
Maybe I'm doing the math wrong, but your clock looks like its 3 hours off. Total hours left should be the same regardless of where you are in the world, right? I was just looking for a reason as to why it might be off.
Since this MWSF is really being hyped by Apple, I don't see how it could not be about the G5. Assuming that the rumored specs are correct (spec/floating performance approx. 3X the P4 at the same clock speed), and since Apple is mainly a computer company, then it seems to me that having a brand new processer 3X as powerful as your competitor would warrent this magnitude of hype.

The pre-announced GoLive system requirements say you need a G3 or a G4 to run it. No mention of a G5. Could this mean that - given the embargo - that G5's will NOT be announced at MWSF?

The Adope page wasn´t meant for publishing (hehe) so either they don´t know or Apple doesn´t have a G5 for us.
