Xbox does not support full 1080p and it's interface for anything but games is 2nd class, so if you really want the best, you must pay for the best.

PS3, a Macmini with a HD tuner, four Magnaplaners, 3000 Watt Pure Power Amp, a couple Subs and a 73" 1080p Flat.

    You got game - PS3

    you got music - iTunes

you got movies (puchased) - iTunes

you got movies (rentals) - Windows Media (via Parallels)

you got internet - OSX (no viruses)

you got intertainment (your computers library - adult or otherwise) - OSX

you got upgradability for 10+ years - external - BlueRay, Terabites, etc. etc. etc.

    YOU GOT IT ALL

Xbox 360 does support 1080p, and even if it didn't, 1080p is completely overrated.

You've pretty much killed the simplicity argument. Besides if you have that kind of cash why are you using a Mac Mini?

Its not overrated at all. You don't get to see the original HD source, its magnificent.

You see the consumer version of 1080P which has been compressed to hell.
