    iTunes 11 can act and look like iTunes 10 did, so I don't understand the issue.

    No, it cannot; album art on the lower left corner? Not possible. Search results/methodology? Worse. List view? Also worse. Multiple iTunes windows? Nope.

    Just google around.

    USAToday published an article painting iOS 7 in a bad light. There's lots of talk outside of AI about Apple losing its mojo.

    Where have you been all these years? There'll always be articles painting Apple in bad light non-stop for a past few years at least. It's really unbelievable no one write an iOS 7-gate YET.

    I don't get this report. Apple as well as other third party tracking firms have said iOS 7 saw the fastest adoption rate of any iOS update. How is it possible iOS 6 was higher in the first week compared to iOS 7?
    Didn't Apple report 200 million iOS 7 activations and the fastest upgrade in the history of iOS? I trust Apple's numbers more than this outfit. And is it even possible to downgrade to iOS 6? Was it ever possible? I would imagine even if it was the number of people who did was small. Would the average iOS user even know how to downgrade?

    It's all very simple:

    - iOS 7 is, indeed, a mixed bag of hurt;

    - it does require the horrid, pathetic and vastly worsened iTunes 11 for syncing/backup;

    - it just follows the equally "floppy" news about the iPhone 5C.

    What's not to dislike?

    "Floppy" news relative to Apple's iOS 6 and iPhone 5S. It's still a success. And it's deemed a bigger success compared to Android.

    Naysayers bloom in this desert.

    I very much enjoy iOS7 over the previous iOS which now seems so cluttered. But negative seems the easy route to eyeball sales and that be what we get from common analysts.

    Meanwhile, back to the Apple penchant for thinking different(ly), an irritant for some, a marvel for others, choices are made and life goes on.

    I love iTunes 11. Enjoy it every day.

    If you think that having a different opinion than yours constitutes "trolling", you may wish to refrain from using forums such as this. Otherwise, please feel free to respond with valid arguments - most of my friends do NOT like iOS7; iPhone 5C sales are already a disaster and reflect huge demand miscalculation by Cook, the world's former "best COO"; and iTunes 11 is most decidedly a pathetic upgrade on all counts...so again: prove me wrong.

    Pretty much what I expected so see. It started out at the same pace as early adopters got on it...then the gut-rench reaction to change kicked in and people took to social media to blast it, giving others pause.

    However, pace aside, people will eventually update.

    It was adopted much faster. This "report" is from a single ad tracking firm. Apple itself has mentioned that over 200 million iOS devices were updated to iOS 7 in the first three days. Which is far, far more than iOS 6 saw.

    iOS 7 reached 60% adoption rate after a week.

    iOS 6 took a month to hit that percentage.

    Furthermore, there are approximately 200 million more iOS devices in the wild than there were a year ago, which makes iOS 7 adoption rate even faster.

    So why does Mixpanel show 72%. Are their numbers bogus?

    The problem with iOS 7 is some people are highly resistant to change and others are not. Flat icons. Different color menus. Whoopty doo. It's still the same OS. It's just has better features.

    This kind of fallacious argument doesn't really help here - I don't need to try heroine in order to know that it is bad.

    It's unfortunate that your rebuttal is more fallacious than the argument that you are rebutting. Heroine is demonstrably bad for you. Opinion on iOS 7 is simply a matter of preference, which is hard to form if you haven't used it. I'm somewhat ambivalent about the style, but the functionality is greatly improved.

    Yes, but at least from my perspective, iOS7 has by far received the most negative (least positive?) reception of all the iOS updates so far. And it suffers some real usability issues in terms of colors, fonts, etc. Too much change for the sake of change.

    I don't understand people complaining about iOS 7. Yes the icons look different, and yes some people don't like them. That is personal preference. I happen to think the icons are fine. I also thought the old ones were fine. They are ICONS. The useability of iOS is much improved over iOS 6 or older. Yes some things are different. News flash....you cannot change UI and still keep things the same. Yes it took a little getting used to in order to understand how to use things like swipe left or right in safarri, but once you put any time in with iOS it quickly becomes extremely easy to use. Notifications is much improved and control center is great. Add in extras like air drop,the new multi tasking (app switcher), auto updates, and background refresh and it is a much improved experience. Thats not to mention the extras you get with the 5s like burst mode and slo mo video. Last y ear everyone was whining because iOS was stale and dated, and now everyone complains because they changed it....get over it.

    Back the truck up! You're comparing a smartphone OS and HEROIN???

    Are you seriously full of bullshit, or just pretending to be full of bullshit whilst actually just full of regular shit???

    If you're that closed-minded and incapable of seeing 2 feet in front of you, then keep your trolling trap shut and leave, sick of people like you commenting when you haven't the SLIGHTEST clue WTF you're talking about!

    Question - how many devices out there and still in use are cannot run iOS7? For example, iPhone 3GS and older, iPods older than 5th generation, and original iPad (and I%u2019m not sure I%u2019d even consider it on an iPad 2 since it%u2019s non-retina). We should adjust the numbers by the percent that aren%u2019t even in play.

    That's a stupid analogy.
