Does Linotype play nice with FontBook ? I mean, you can't just switch off FontBook (I think). So does the one interfere with the other ?

Also, look at the Mac Pro and the Pro apps as the image building and R&D of Apple. Something like the Formula 1 is for Porsche, Ferrari. Honda, Renault, Mercedes and the like.

I use BBedit for more than 10 years now, and it's getting long in the tooth. And untough still very good, it really needs a serious overhaul (interface, workflow, CSS, ...).
