Will an iPhone get better reception then some cheap dumb phone? I have a Kyocera phone on virigin mobile now and can not get service at my house. I was wondering though if this is partly because of the cheap phone. I do get service a few miles do…

Why do people like this Brian White get any media attention when he obviously knows nothing about Apple. He probably also thought Apple needed to make a Netbook a few years ago as well.

Perhaps people don't realize that Apple is having a terrible time with yields on the 15" retina MacBook Pro as well.. except they are shipping them anyways.. They are using both Samsung and LG displays in the 15". Nearly every single LG has seriou…

To their credit MacMall was willing to refund my money since it was within 30 days of ordering (thankfully!). If it is more then 30 days I would have to get it repaired through Apple. So MacMall is still a viable place to order from but I would …

Hopefully LG fixed the issues that are plaguing retina Macbook Pro LG displays! Everyone with Samsung rMBP screens are fine but most with LG screens have issues with ghosting/temporary image burn in.

I'm sure Amazon having a near monopoly on on-line hard cover book sales would not allow them in any way to manipulate the nascent e-book market. Wasn't there already evidence that Amazon pressured publishers to allow them to sell e-books below c…

Well most apps now-a-days do auto-update.. you run the program, it says there is an update, you say yes, and then it updates and restarts the app for you.. I would consider Adobe's process "manual" compared to that.

I get really tired of these places only showing numbers for "smartphones" that run an OS. This completely skews the numbers since when you include all iOS devices the numbers are a lot different. Android also has a built-in skewing factor becau…

So in other words they are going to continue to buy PC products made of toxic materials.

Just as long as you remember you will still have to use a table or other hard surface to type on since the touch cover is flexible and not rigid like a normal keyboard. So in a way it will be slightly worse then a computer like the MacBook air 11" …

I think the Pro would be more appropriately compared to the Macbook Air at $999. But who know if MS will be able to even match that price.

Anybody can wow people with a new tablet when you don't give them the price. I've also already seen confusion in the media between the two tablets. The pro model should have used a completely different name.

Repeated from another forum I posted this in: Why in the world does Apple act like they can't "afford" to update more then what is making the most money at the time? They say they believe in making the best products possible but what they re…
