  • Senator's paranoia opens door for Apple to speak out on government censorship

People simply don’t understand how much (spying) access governments have. Every country spies on every other country. Every country spies on its own citizens. We can try to stop it but never will.

  • Beeper Mini promises blue speech bubbles for Android users

I want to know where a message is coming from. If it’s blue I know it’s coming from an iPhone and is using a secure connection. That means a lot. Faking a secure connection by using a blue bubble I see as fraud. It’s not a minor issue it’s major. It’s like faking a VPN connection or handshake protocol. We need to be able to trust our communications protocols, otherwise nothing is secure.

  • Chase could be a potential partner for Apple Card

It’s amazing how tight banks have become. They make tons of money yet offer next to nothing in savings interest. As a kid savings account interest was 5% not 0.01%.

  • Apple's iPhone parts pairing is making the company billions

For all you EU commenters, why don’t you simply buy a mobile device made in a EU country? Or wait, there aren’t any that compare to iPhones and Google phones. We can’t help you fix your country or the cartel (EU) so I suggest you accept what Apple is doing to protect your investment.

  • iMac 24-inch M3 review: A clear sign that Intel Mac support is ending soon

"Our review unit had a 512GB SSD" => How much RAM did your review consist of?

8GB. We use what we can get our hands on this early in the process.

Apple seeded beefy review units to YouTubers. We are not amongst that crowd.
This is something AI needs to work on. 😉

There’s too many YouTubers without real technical abilities. AI has access to people who’ve been in the business for years, providing real technical information. Time for AI to stand up and push for test equipment that people should actually buy.

As for Apple’s worthless base model, I’ve never bought that version for home use or for (huge) corporate use since 1989.
