Drone flyby video shows work on Apple Park campus buildings nearing completion

The original mockups always contained fruit trees in a grid pattern... that's how orchards are usually planted. -

Yes. Depending on how fast a "scene" can be rendered, you may not need a second camera to determine depth of field. Ideally, every pixel within an image could not only contain color information, but also distance.
Currently, using stereo optics, depth of field is determine by the amount of "shift" in the image. The more shift, the closer that area of the image is to the camera. If you know the viewing angle of the cameras and the distance between the cameras, you can determine the distance to the object by how much it shifts in the image.

Wireless charging and new glass casing will require heat compensation in Apple's 'iPhone X...

But I'll trust Tim Cook's judgement in the end.
I mean, how much effort is it to plug my iPhone? 1 second?
Of course it'll have a Lightning port. You will still need to charge it via a cable when you're not around a wireless charging transmitter. -

Samsung pays works EVERYWHERE, so amazing to not have to carry a wallet ever or worry about whether a place accepts samsung pay or not. I am sure apple will get there eventually, in a few years......
No. Samsung uses a technology that can wirelessly transmit credit information directly to the reader, just as if you've swiped your card.
This poster is obviously completely unaware the main reason for using something like Apple Pay is for security and privacy. Samsung's technology is actually less secure than swiping your card, because the data that is normally stored on the back of your card is being transmitted. So someone could pick up the info without the consumer even realizing that their CC has just been stolen. -
Apple culture of secrecy claimed to cause Swift lead's exit, but Chris Lattner denies repo...
Gotta love when when people comment on unofficial "reports" and start to lay blame where ever they can.
I have first hand hand knowledge that Chris was planning on leaving Apple after Swift went open source and was "finished". Which was version 3.0.
This ridiculousness about secrecy is pure speculation. All of his projects are opened sources.
