At the VERY LEAST they need to add some M1 Pro and M1 Max options to the existing 24" lineup.

Until they make these chips available in a Mac Mini or larger iMac, I'm not interested. I have no need for a laptop.

We re desktop people.I wanted a maxed out Mac Mini to connect to my ProXDR display. I don't need a laptop, and my iMac days are probably over.

To a lot of users, an M1 Mac Mini with a 5k display (or even the XDR like I have) will make a lot more sense than this iMac.

Apple's original HomePod was overpriced, and that doesn't bode well for AirPods Max
I have 2 Home Pods and like them very much, but as speakers, never for Siri. They may have been overpriced, but you got something in return. What's really crazy is the $1000 stand for the Pro Display XDR. I have my display mounted to a $42.55 stand from Amazon. Works just fine.
