Trump is ok Isarel kills people in Gaza but have problem with Russia.I think in the name of making America great, Trump needs to stop hurting American companies and American people.

Whatever Perplexity is doing they certainly ain’t worth $40 billion dollars, ultimately the quality of your model can only be as good as the information you put into it, I believe in the end, smaller purpose-built AI models will carry the day. Because you will have more control over troubleshooting a smaller model when it runs off the rails.
Taking on Perplexity future legal problems? Aren’t worth it….

The best part about this AI (Apple Intelligence) push is that it appears that, Apple was forced to develop in house servers (more robust Mac Studios?) only time will tell particularly with the pending intro of the M5 SOC.blastdoor said:One exciting possibility for Apple is that by using their own silicon, they could potentially have lower inference costs than people relying on Nvidia. Combine that with their privacy / security and they could make a compelling case for their AI offering.
