Apple shows off iPhone 5s multimedia creation prowess in 'Powerful' ad

Your comment about Android users isn't a gross generalization? If you want to view Samsung or Google as the enemy that is one thing but forming a negative opinion about a person or group of people based on what technology they use is a bit over the top. While the ad was very good it takes a lot more than an iPhone and a 14.99 app to be creative.
Apple is just nailing down the iOS ecosystem on the iPhone and iPad in a way that politely leaves the Android OS in the dust. Get people to think about the actual use cases in iOS equals game over profit wise, the decision is therefore made easy for which ecosystem gets the best developers doing what they do best.

google would have to further bloat their OS and I think it's a forgone conclusion that a lot of the people in the music industry don't like mixing platforms when they have their main system on OS X.
Google has had to push back Android 5, and the longer it gets pushed back, the more entrenched iOS is getting because it's 64 bit and Apple just needs to continue development of newer chip designs. Apple's biggest thing they need to really change is giving more RAM on iDevices. I think that would free up a lot of developers to get some really sick apps on iPads. Especially in the audio recording area. There are apps, but you can't do as much as they want because of the RAM limitation. I think they should have iPads with 2GB and even 4GB of RAM. Maybe the next go around we'll see increases in that area.
Apple will add the ram when it works the way they want it to work, i.e. no lost of battery life or the addition of extra weight.

Beautiful ad. Most of these apps are either unavailable or impossible on an Android device. Shows the iPhone being used for really atypical and incredible use cases.
Apple's business profiles page shows multiple programs, that are far beyond Android or Windows phones/tablets, it is good to see a return to what you can actually do Apple commercials.
