Weak iPad Pro sales prompt OLED supplier to switch to making more iPhone screens
As nice as the M4 iPad Pro is, it's very expensive. Here in Canada, there's a $600 to $700 difference between the the M2 iPad Air and M4 iPad Pro, depending on screen size.

That would still leave it as the cheapest phone, and would account for inflation.

Yes, and that's the irony isn't it. That group that left, wanted to do an ARM server processor while at Apple but supposedly, at that time, Apple decided not to pursue it.
