Compared: 2019 iPad 7th generation vs iPad Pro vs iPad Air & mini
The difference between the 10.2” new iPad and the fully laminated 10.5” iPad Air are much more than stating the thickness of the device.
It’s noticeable looking through the thicker glass and when you’re tapping your fingers away on it, it feels chintzy and hollow with low drumming tap sounds.
Comparably the thinner laminated display is thick and solid and feels like you’re viewing the display right at the surface.
i know this because I manage an iPad program at a Japanese Language school and I’ve spent too much time with iPads for the last four years. 🤪 -

I want a modern iPhone that is not huge, heavy and $1000+
I have a three year old iPhone 7 Plus and I want to downgrade in size. iPhone XR / 11 is roughly the same size but thicker and heavier. That leaves only the very pricy XS / 11 Pro series.
All I can do is trade in and get an iPhone 8 or pony up too much cash and get an iPhone Pro I don’t need. Obviously there is a missing option here. -

How do a pair of HomePods compare to a $180 soundbar?
I have a HomePod and I use it with Apple Music. I believe it sounds fantastic.
That said, I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews about using the speakers with tv and movies. HomePod was delayed and debuted only in English speaking countries to start.
Do you think it’s possible Apple overly enhanced their
Apple Music content to sound good on the home pod?
