With all sincerity, are you crazy? Have you not observed how Mark Knight (Waytools_Support) communicates with people here and elsewhere? Can you think of any reputable CEO or business owner or professional who would behave and communicate in the same manner?

Mark Knighton is not a man who cares about his image or reputation. His thought patterns present a mind similar to that of a criminal, a scam artist, a manipulator, and a liar.

I am not wrong, but only time is going to convince you (and everyone) of the truth. It is remarkable though, how long people are willing to go on being deceived and clinging to a little bit of hope. All Mark has to do is say 'next week' 'next month' 'next fall', and he says it in a way that lacks any credibility, but still for some reason people are willing to believe there is a little chance he is telling the truth, despite 4+ years of these assertions being provably false. Gaslighting. Powerful stuff.

What is happening here is not just incompetence. Mark Knighton is lying about why the product has not been released. There will never be a Textblade 'general release'.

Yes, I ignore things Mark Knighton says because after 4+ years, I, unlike you, have become aware that Mark Knighton is a liar and not one word he says can be taken seriously.

Here is some more speculation based on some known facts:

Waytools is Mark Knighton.
Waytools_support is Mark Knighton.
Mark Knighton spends his days and nights on the internet insulting and bickering with angry customers whose money he took 4+ years ago.
Mark Knighton has provided scores of shipping deadlines and shipping estimates and time windows and met not a single one of them.
Mark Knighton is a pathological liar.
Mark Knighton is currently being sued.
Mark Knighton lacks the money and the technical resources to ever bring the Textblade to market.
Mark Knighton withholds the real reasons why the Textblade has not been completed or released.
Mark Knighton has kept the money of 10,000+ customers for over 4+ years without providing any product.

For 4+ years he has said: 'shipping next week', 'shipping next month', 'shipping end of April 2015', 'shipping this summer (2015)', 'shipping in spring (2016)', 'shipping after a few weeks of testing (2016, 2017, 2018)', 'updates coming soon (jan feb march apr may jun july aug sep oct nov dec jan feb march apr may jun july aug sep oct nov dec jan feb march apr may jun july aug sep oct nov dec jan feb march apr may)'

If Waytools_Support (Mark Knighton) says something, you can bet good money that it will not happen and win win win!
