DOJ files antitrust lawsuit against Google's search business
dantheman827 said:So when will the lawsuit against Apple for their antitrust activities be filed?
Which ones?sdw2001 said:This was inevitable. And it's going to touch on other areas, such as YouTube. I don't mean bias, either. Right now, if you Google a video you want to find on the competing platform, Rumble, you'll get a bunch of YouTube links. Default search engines are one thing....deliberately excluding competitors of your subsidiary is another. Google is going to get destroyed on this.
Oh I hope YouTube gets it the worst. Like Google they are manipulating results and sending results that clash with their agenda to the last pages.
YouTube is promoting anti-male videos and removing/de-monetizing self-help videos for men who are depressed or need help.
They also removed millions of dislikes on the toxic masculinity Gillette ad.

Apple Music TV launches as 24-hour curated music video stream
Will these have hosts? Otherwise how would it compete for people who stream their music on YouTube for example?
Apple needs to give it their all as if it's a life or death situation for the company so this can be the new MTV. Unlike how they did with Apple Arcade and Apple Music 1 Radio (ugly fu**ing name).
Now that I think of it, the fact Apple didn't hype this up at the last events and just casually dumped it on us shows they don't have big ambitions for this service. -

Apple releases tvOS 14.0.2 for Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K
strells said:I've been experiencing infrequent quick white line artifacts that appear from my 4K Apple TV. I've narrowed it down to the ATV itself by connecting it with a different cable to a different input of my receiver and seeing the same thing. Other inputs, like my Nintendo Switch and PS4, do not show this. Anybody else seeing artifacts like this? I'm wondering if it's possibly heat-related since I have the ATV in a cabinet and it seems to happen more in the warmer months.
You know what? I remember seeing these back in my Wii playing days. I called Nintendo and (if I remember correctly) they said Wiis were having this problem when they were placed too close to Wifi routers. Something about the radio frequencies interfering. I remember moving the hardware further away and that solved the problem! -
Apple buys podcast app Scout FM amid increased competition from Spotify
Apple invented the podcast.
They should be ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED of themselves how they've even allowed anyone a piece of their market.
They completely fumbled he ball by taking "iTunes" out of the marketing and allowing their laziness to give way for copycats to take a chunk of the market. What an absolute fu** up!!!!!
