You're not supposed to remove the metal plate. You're supposed to leave it in the case with your phone when you use a mount like this. Or, get a case that has the metal plate integrated (Evutec.) 

Except if you leave the metal plate in place, then you can't use wireless charging. (The plate interferes.) ... not a big deal if you don't use wireless, but a very big deal if you use wireless at home, and want something like this for the car.

Depends on the price and the offerings, but I might subscribe. 
I do pay for Amazon Prime... but that's a bit more than just music and shows.

Good for you?  I find FaceID to be much more reliable than TouchID was... perhaps you're holding it wrong?

Oh, you have an opinion... isn't that nice.  
How well does the evidence support your opinion?  I seem to recall that his movies in the Star Trek and Star Wars franchises did quite well... Is it possible your opinion is shared by few others?
(Not that "everyone likes it so it must be good" is a valid argument either.... but it IS good business.)
