She would say that wouldn't she? When did an employer ever think it a good idea for the work force to be able to organize and speak with a single voice? The problem is that without it is a one sided relationship. Apple dictates as an organized unified management body. Apple may be a wonderful and generous employer, but how does the 'open and collaborative and direct engagement' work the other way around? 

China is really shooting itself in the foot with their incomprehensible Covid policy. The virus is here to stay, everybody will get it, and the more they try to fight it the worst it will get for everyone. I feel very sorry for those millions of locked down folks. F The worst thing for the Chinese government is that they are totally undermining their own credibility with their own people.

What a load of crock. He delivered a poor joke, but that is what Oscar hosts always do. That poor joke was nothing compared to the insult WS bestowed upon his wife and pretty much every woman out there. Like she needed him to protect her from a distasteful joke by bunching a guy in front of a billion people? She has proven herself to be smart and fully capable of fending for herself so what WS did was pathetic. For me the worst thing was that unbelievably cringeworthy thank you speech a little later. As low as it goes, really.

I'd like Apple to branch off its financial services into another company. Somehow it doesn't sit well with me that the company that produces my phone and computer also does banking. AppleBank? Ugh! A lot of this is optics, I know, but optics are important.
