  • iPhone 15 Pro will have blistering performance, claims leaked benchmarks

On what basis are the numbers unrealistic?  this product is one of the first made using a 3nm chip … EVER … and a 5nm to 3nm “jump” is a far bigger % size decrease than previous (ie 10 to 8)
Tell me you're not confidently just dividing the fabrication plant marketing name as an actual number...

By the way, TSMC is noting it has a 10-15% performance improvement over N5, and .58 the area density, so it's a decent node jump but not the biggest size decrease ever and the fab names are mostly just marketing, 7nm had 30-50nm fin gate lengths and pitch lengths lol

At least it's more believable than the 4000 single core score Max Tech ran with lol.

At the higher end of an improvement this couuuld be believable with 3nm offering a big improvement over a few generations of 5nm, but this is also that timeframe of a lot of fake benchmarks, even if one shows up in the GB database sometimes it's later taken down as a fake and I don't see this one on there even.

  • Rumored 'Mac Studio' and new Apple display leaked in renders

Haven't his rumors ended with him falling flat on his face before?

The Mac Studio name was leaked before he leaked this, the rest as a taller Mac Mini could be a good guess, but I haven't seen Luke prove to have good insider sources

  • Apple becomes the world's first company with a $3 trillion market cap

At 32x PE it's not even really expensive really. If it traded at an Amazon multiple it would be worth 6 trillion.

50% growth and increasing margin will do that to ya. At 3 trillion, Apple is not expensive here, just on growth it'll easily get to 4, 5, 6 in the next few years just like it got from 1 to 3 just since 2018.

  • Smaller Mac Pro with Apple Silicon to join Mac mini refresh in 2022

A Mac Pro would pretty much require a M2 processor with graphics cores that include hardware ray tracing if it is to compete with professional solutions from NVIDIA and AMD. The summer/fall time frame is right for the M2 to be released and Apple now has a hardware compatible ray tracing SDK. It will be exciting to see what Apple can do in the rapidly evolving field of high end GPUs.

Agreed, on a GPU of this scale (128 Apple GPU cores * 128 ALUs per core = 16384 unified shaders) I'd really like to see their take on a hardware accelerated ray tracing solution. And maybe something like DLSS, that second on-die Neural Engine that isn't userspace available maybe?
