It's strange - you don't know that this is even an issue, since all we have to date is very limited anecdotal evidence and a few tests that indicate very large forces are needed to induce permanent deformation, and yet you confidently assert that Apple must redesign or recall the phone. In over 1000 comment posts on the original thread on this issue was people posting their OWN photos of this so called widespread issue ....
Still waiting for the actual photos from people you know that speak to the apparent flood of design flawed phones out there damaged...

It appears a significant bending capability increase for the same force (think of it as a lever) in the 6+?

E = Modulus of elasticity of 7075 Al= 10400 ksi
I(moment of inertia, in^4) is unknown(to us) for the phones but is one of the key design elements to reduce bending.
