It looks nice, but as I've already said, it's totally unrealistic. The chances that Leopard will get released at MWSF is VERY slim. I'd say a 1% chance. In addition, if leopard were released, it would occupy the large section of the homepage. iTV may or may not be released at MWSF, I would bet on, not released but pre-orders taken for a release date sometime in Feburary or March coinciding with teh release of Leopard. I doubt a video iPod because of the fact that Apple generally doesn't release iPods AFTER the holidays but rather fresh for the holiday season. An iPod phone is likely however, due to it being a brand new product.
Let's see.. no Leopard, check. No iTV, check. No MondoVideo iPod, check. Oh, and suprise...No Apple Phone, check... uh, tell me again why we all came here to MWSF?

We all came because we know that something will be announced at MacWorld, we just don't know what
Nice work max_naylor, I was just thinking as I read this. If they do show off a new UI for Leopard and it is very different from Aqua, I wonder if they wouldn't change the look of the homepage as well? To update it to the new look. Just a thought .
Now do one of the iPod Phone with the 4.5" touchscreen LCD which also doubles as an advanced remote control for the forthcoming iTV product. And the ability to switch between cellphone use and VOIP phone when in range of the iTV unit…
Add an Appleized version of X10 units, and you have home automation control, all from your 'cellphone'…
Oh, and definately video iChat when in VOIP range, if not available on the cellphone side also…
Actually, this combintion of products, with said functionality (and more!) sounds right along the lines of one of the fabled i****vX series of products mentioned by the illustrious kormac76…!
Wouldn't that be sweet…?!?
Oh, and a very sleek & stylish BlueTooth headset/mic combo, with connect/disconnect & volume controls built-in on said headset…
And imagine being able to use the iPod Phone as a browse/preview screen for iTV content while watching something else on the flat-panel…

Yeah I think they would. This discussion was going on in another thread. I’ve made an iTunes 7-esque mockup of new buttons at the top of the page:

Enjoy!
@Hassan i Sabbah: Kudos on the dogcow. I have a picture of Clarus up on my wall.

I agree with Charlie, do another one but make the Apple tab only, the shade/color of the cocoa bar at the top of the System Prefs window, or the Mail Window.
Leave these tabs this color, possibly a tiny shade lighter, but this color would do fine;
Here's yours;
Try to get rid of the line going accross here, and make this one shade/color of that System Prefs window bar.
This tab would then be lighter in color giving it the appearance that it is more close to the user, which is ideal.
...like this, with no line;
Any selected subsection then like this 'Quicktime' one, could be "Black" like the Apple LOGO you made Black, and the font would be white on it;
Thus allowing quick and ease navigation, whilst simultaneously making Apple.com both better looking and more modern.

OK, here’s what I make of it:

Umm..... you totally misread my post.

I like the tabs, but maybe too dark?

I like it. Very good look to it, and it looks just like iTunes.

Yea, that was a great find.

Yeah, I was thinking about making them white, I don’t know. They look OK on my MacBook but look really dark on the PC. Maybe I’ll do another version.
Thanks for the good comments BTW.

Try doing another version which the tab color the color of the top of the system preferences bar.

This is a little bit more of what I was thinking...
I think that is too light. What is wrong with the way it originally was? It is better without the line, but those lighter colors look wrong.
.
Why don't you make the light part above, the same color as this color below, and make the Apple tab, and the thin bar going across a little lighter?
Then make the "Hardware" tab completely Black (like the Apple Logo), and change the "Hardware" subsection font to White, and see how it tunrs out?
Well either that, or go with this iTunes-blue for the "Hardware" subsection-tab;

Not tonight, but maybe tomorrow. Anyways, I don't think the white text on black background for selected items will look good, but I can try it.
For those that haven't noticed, when a post is replied and updated later, it appears that the reply quote is updated as well...
Yes, that iTunes blue would work very well. (You edited while I was replying)
I know, force of habit sorry, when you get a chance mock it up. You, me and the others can change the face of Apple.com
