  • New 'iPhone 11 Max' case renders back triple-lens camera, Lightning port

I can't believe so called Apple Experts are presisting with "iPhone11". Apple have rebranded and X will be part faceID iPhone brand for some time to come I'd say.
I'd put money on it being "iPhone Xt"  for the OLED models and " iPhone Xq" for the LCD.

It’s pretty clear that you’re in that group that fails to look up information. The iPhone “X” is pronounced iPhone “TEN,” not “ex.” The XS is pronounced “TEN S.” In a world with one thing pretty universal, numbers, 11 comes after 10. iPhone 11, if Apple names as such, will be branded XI - Roman numerals for the number 11. Hey, you don’t have to believe me. Just watch the iPhone keynotes from the past two years where everyone on stage calls them “TEN (S).”

I’d bet you’re on of the ones who calls it Mac OS “ex,” instead of “10,” aren’t you? It’s ok, as many of us made that mistake at some point.

" ... protect your battery's longevity by not constantly charging to 100% and holding it there ..." ... Oh. So it is a good idea to not charge to 100 but only to 80?.?
In my case, it would be great to have that feature for my 2018 12.9” iPad Pro, since it’s mostly used as my primary computer, and is almost always plugged in. I try to unplug it once in a while, when it’s not being used away from home, but I hate the idea of it not being at full charge if I have to take it somewhere on short notice. It’s not like these things can fully charge anywhere near as fast an a new iPhone.

  • Qualcomm still wants to cooperate with Apple on a 5G iPhone

I was driving through Indianapolis the other day and my iPhone 10 XS hooked up to 5G. I ran Speedtest and topped out at 120 Mbps.

As has been discussed dozens of times, and with AT&T being sued by Sprint for misleading customers, the faux 5G that AT&T is displaying on iPhones is NOT actual 5G. 120Mbps is the higher end of 4G LTE, not anywhere near what actual 5G should do, unless coming from Sprint, of course. It’s not uncommon for me to pull near 120Mbps using my iPhone XS Max on Verizon. AT&T did something similar with “4G” labeling on iPhones prior to the iPhone 5’s LTE capability. It’s still used as a means of knowing if the user is connected to HSDPA+ or LTE.

  • Verizon's 5G mobile network launching Apr. 11 with $10 premium over 4G

No way would I pay another $10 on already overpriced service fee's fees which are far cheaper in many other country's countries. Faster speed for what on my phone? I can already stream my music and video's videos. Why do I need faster speed? I'm sure not going to be using my phone for my Home Internet Network home internet network.  No thanks. From the sound of things, way, way to too early to even care about 5G at this point. Give it at least a couple more years.
Verizon is starting to offer 5G home internet. No data caps, and a promise of around 300 Mbps. Existing customers can get it for around $50 per month. That’s the biggest thing I’m waiting for.

    So AirPods ONLY LAST 2 YEARS!!!!!!   A    M E A S I L Y    2      Y E A R S ! ! ! !

That's criminal !  We should break up Apple and put them out of business!

Oh wait!   It wasn't very long ago that the life of a cell phone was only 2 years -- and they cost a whole lot more than a set of AirPods.
(And their batteries still only last a couple years -- but, because they aren't extreme miniaturization, they can be replaced.
Defend Apple's every move and product as most typical AI readers but seriously replacement batteries cost 80% of a new pair is ridiculous and not a green option from Apple.
It seems there’s one very important fact you can’t comprehend. The batteries inside AirPods CAN NOT BE REPLACED! You’re, essentially, buying NEW AirPods. If the charging case still functions well, and still holds good charge, you have an option to buy NEW replacement AirPods for a little less than buying another whole set with a new case. Doing this through Apple also means the old AirPods will be recycled.

Again, you ARE NOT BUYING A BATTERY REPLACEMENT!
