  • Rumor: Apple to debut Bluetooth earbuds alongside 'iPhone 7,' with truly wireless left & right earp

Good to see Apple is going to get rid of an universal port in favor of making most users buy yet again another dongle. Unlike getting rid of optical drives in Macs there is no real space saving benefits to getting rid of a 3.5mm jack. As far as making the thinnest phone ever that mean not only will it have to be thinner than the iPhone 6s it will also have to be thinner than the iPhone 6. This years model actually increased in thickness.

I would like BT headphones that can dual-pair with my iPhone AND my Apple Watch. And I don't want it to use the lowest bit rate that BT audio supports.
Might was well ask for your own unicorn.

  • Wells Fargo cuts Apple price target as stock hovers just above $100

At 100.00 and change it was just too tempting, I had to get back in the AAPL game. I believe Apple products sold well this holiday season even more so with good discounts from Best Buy and other online retailers. Also before I sold this year a good percentage of my AAPL was bought well below this level, about 27% pre iPod.

Hopefully the iPad Air 3 will have 3D touch and the Apple Watch 2 improve Apple Watch sales. Not sure how well it's going to sell but damn do I love my iPad Pro.

  • Apple CEO Tim Cook calls US tax code outdated and 'awful for America'

Tim hasn't been using his Apple Watch fitness app. Looking a bit fat there.

it's called a slowing metabolism and decreasing muscle mass. part of this thing called "age".
Myth. Resistance training along with taking 0.8 to 1.8 grams of protein per kg of weight resolves muscle mass loss with age. Tim Cook actually looks fairly old and out of shape for someone that is only 55.

  • Review: Apple Smart Battery Case for iPhone 6 & 6s

Gruber, Rene Ritchie and Jim Dalrymple get it. And since there are third-party options, which are even sold Apple stores, what's there to complain about. Buy something else if you don't like this option.
Exactly! How dare AppleInsider review the product and give their opinion.

Shouldn't a product reviewer have a duty to enlighten the reader as to the details and advantages of said product, or is it merely the expression of an opinion?

Your "how dare they give their opinion" sentiment is merely a defense of the political correctness of having opinions. My guess is that you are motivated to do so because this particular opinion confirms your biases. Well, product reviews (particularly if there's compensation involved) are held to higher standards than editorials. They'd better be able to explain the pros and cons of the product beyond taking a few photos, repeating the specs, and then writing about their confusion about Apple's design decisions. You should demand more from the writers, not praise their lack of effort. Otherwise, they would do you and all other readers a disservice.
It's somewhat comical you calling someone else bias. It must be tiresome posting in a thread like this trying to defend a product that looks this bad. Apple's obsession with making products thin just to make a battery case like this adding that much bulk to the phone is pathetic.

What we should be asking ourselves is how does Cook think he can get way with taking a battery slapping some silicone around it and asking people to buy it.

But,but but but, it's made by apple so by default it's awesome.
