I think someone deemed an all out banning of applenut a bit too severe after Jo Nathan went off on him. That's correct, really; we shouldn't ban people like that, and we have. (I did once.) So I don't know if he publicly announced it, or if he stopped coming because he figured he was banned... I don't know. You can see him lurking through the forum listings every once and a while, It's a fact, nobody can ever stay away from AppleInsider; like moths to a light bulb or bug zapper.
As for applenut's feeble contribution to the thread, I'm so over him I don't really care what he says anymore. I'm over it, dude.

Being a nubie or in this case a "noob" isn't generally looked on as a favorable thing. So the noob award probably isn't a good thing.
I know that the noob award meant to be an insult. It's an award and I don't care about being a newbie. Fact is I am. I began to like mac in January. That was 4 months. There is still alot for me to learn about apple and mac.
nah, the real challenge is learning about the people that like apple.
The only thing that I know about apple and mac is from you guys and gals and a friend of mine. Thats it. Lets see what I knew before you guys and gals and my friend was that macs were not popular, there were hardly any viruses for it, and that mac came out in 1984.
