Appears like he's trashing it right now, but he tends to create a internal culture of quick iteration. It can break some things initially, but in the end you cannot say he's not good a getting things done. I'm not saying he's always right (no one is and he is certainly no exception) I'm only saying regarding Twitter I wouldn't bet against him. In many countries trends seem to now be closer to the reality of what people are talking about on Twitter—Japan is one example. Anecdotal, I've seen comments in this direction. Italy, too. By removing devices from tweets it further cleans them up. Honesty I'm hopeful for where Twitter might be in a couple of years.
