Talk about your guilty without innocent. The video is funny and good natured. The Smoking Gun even admits that it doesn't know what is in that bottle. So how can you claim it is alcohol?
I've seen a very similar scene to this myself with Bush. Go look at the Journeys with George documentary. There is a part where Bush has come back to the press section of the plan and hangs out a bit with Alexandria. Something about some guys upsetting her with a blender and lots of Margaritas. Bush is having an O'Doul's or something of that nature, and looks very comfortable in that setting. He appears tired, and makes a sort of slovenly presentation about her getting along with her fellow press people. Something along the lines of loosening up a bit. He asks her about some personal jokes and details about (If I recall correctly) another reporter she had a crush on and so forth.
You should probably go buy the movie. The whole thing could be argued shows Bush as unpresidential. He mugs, jokes, makes silly comments, etc. You could have your full fill of unpresidential Bush.
Of course the funniest thing about all of this harping and comparison is that it is the DEMOCRATIC nominees jumping all over Dean about electability and presidentialness. So keep shooting off your own toes. It will end up like Gore and Bush in the debates. Lower the expectation of "presidential" and be amazed when the other guy can still jump over the bar as well.
Well that's nice. I mean you wouldn't want to be the type who implicated someone because you saw a clear liquid in a bottle in 1992? Bush must have grabbed the first Zima off the production line.
God forbid it might have been, mineral water, or gasp... regular water.
