i**** v2 & beyond !
Well, it has been a while.
I think steve will introduce i****v2 Finally !
This might be the case.
Let's begin the keynote!
Steve came on the stage.
"We don't have not much time today. We have so many thing to announce that I will extend the time to two and half hour or more. If you don't have time you can leave now."
1) New iMac with Flat screen CRT 17 inch iMac with G4 chip. It is replacement for school and lower price market.
- Everybody liked but not satisfied.
2) New iMac with 15 inch wide TFT-LCD iMac
with G4. But it has big suprise!
- It has Raycer chip bult in! : FAST OS X GUI and real Fast 3D for GAME!
- It has Domino chip built-in: HDTV capable, MP3 encode & Decode, MPEG 4 Encode & Decode!
- and it has Gigawire with Airport II built in !: Now it is the real Digital Hub !
- Everybody liked but asking for more !

I wish you to get i**** v1 & i**** v2 this year.
But you will have to be wait until Palm make it for i****v1.

Also. It could be a test system for Market research.

Steve: We will make this great product i**** v2. But it will be little more expensive than what you marketing guy think ! I don't want to see cube situation again !
Marketing Man 1: Well. I have a idea !.
Steve: say so !
Marketing Man 1: Why don't we test the market first ?
Steve: How ?
Marketing Man 1:Since we need this and this component to build this thing, we need to buy great number of the part to reduce the overall cost.
Steve: And ?
Marketing Man 1:Let's make MP3 player with this part and put a high price on it to test the Market. If many people buy it with certain price than we can check the price structure and also we can reduce the overall manufacturing cost since More people buy MP3 than Mac!

Steve:If you did not come up with good idea, I should FIRE you. But I like your idea. Since my walkman is so outdated , I need my own MP3 with Apple logo on it. Shall we call it iMusic?
Marketing Man 2: No since we can transform it to i**** v2, we need not to contain it as Music Device. We need another name!
Steve: One more shouting, you might be fired!.
Well we need Unisex name which Nobody can guess what it does contain, I think I can call it "iPod". What you guys are think?
Marketing Man 1 &2: It is wonderful name! ( I don't want to be fired ! )

1.) He post(ed) early. Kormac76 always posted about the same time.
2.) He always edited his post almost immediately. Kormac76 had a habit of doing this, too.
But editing what? I say to make his native-tongue ENGLISH sound less native.

Are you hinting that the i**** v.2 will have many of the same parts (e.g. 5gb Hard drive) as the iPod? If so, it seems that the i***2 would be enhanced by what, a larger screen? A decent chip?
Does any of this have to do with the firewire port on the iPod? Could the iPod connect to v2 to give it the HD it needs (and with which it is not sold?)
